Youth at Azle!

 

Who are our Youth? Any students 7th Grade-12th Grade. 

Our Mission:  Is to help students grow and develop their spiritual life with Christ, while also having fun.  We help students to grow in the areas of Spiritual growth, leadership development, and social interaction.  While we are growing, we also like to have fun.  We have weekly activities, monthly events and day trips, yearly trips, retreats, and other awesome things.  

Weekly Activities 

Sunday School:  9:45-10:45a.m.  A time to learn Biblical truths through discussion and short games.  Right now we are going through the Bible and taking a look at the promises of God.

Sunday Night Youth:  6:00-8:00 p.m.  Our evening program that includes a meal, games, and a short devotion. 

Wednesday Nights (FFS:  Food, Fellowship, and Study):   6:00-8:00 p.m.  A time to dig deeper into the Word through videos, discussion, small group studies, and more.  We use materials from people like Francis Chan, Joshua Harris, Doug Fields, David Nasser, and others.  Our materials come from Bluefishtv.com, ys.com, Group, and Cokesbury.  We start with a meal in the fall, or snacks in the summer.  Then we have a time to hangout and talk.  Then we have a study and prayer.
